A mysterious megalithic labyrinth in Dharampuri. Tamil Nadu. South India.

Labyrinths in India are lesser known although they are in plenty across the country and the scriptures are abound in their mention. Stone labyrinths are even lesser known and found.

Sugavna Murugan @Manomani and Sadanandam krishnakumar has suddenly discovered this enigmatic 'megalithic maze' (as Sugavna puts it) in Dharampuri in Tamil Nadu of South India.


What purpose did this labyrinth serve is not known. Enjoy the pics.

This website is certainly the best i have ever seen on megalith. I ofcourse do not know whether there are others in India.This labyrinth is unique I did not know that India had labyrinths.

As per times of india newspaper of 5th oct edition, the maze is found in kambainallur village of dharmapuri district, tamilnadu
